I have a non-return policy unless the product had arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item. In these events, I will allow 7 days after receiving an item to request a new photo.
Damages Or Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please describe the problem in the email and attach a picture to support the request.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please take notice that it can take several working days for your bank or credit card company to process and deliver the refund.
